Swimming and walking in the rainforest at Mossman Gorge
: 

Experience the beauty of the Mossman Gorge, part of the world heritage Daintree National Park, with its crystal clear waterfalls and natural rock pools. Walk over the suspension bridge and explore the rainforest and it's array of animals including the blue Ulysses Butterfly, the Australian Brush-turkey and Boyd's Forest Dragons.
Take a guided walk and learn about the culture and traditions of the local Indigenous people the Kuku Yalanji.


Fishing, either by yourself or chartered tour:
Fishing here is a must, whether in the Coral Sea or one of the rivers. There are plenty of fishing charters to choose from.
From May to September, you may be lucky enough to see the friendly and curious whales, during their yearly migration from the Antarctic water to calve.

Barramundi fishing is popular in the nearby Daintree River either with a fishing guide, hire boat or with your own boat.

As one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Great Barrier Reef is the world’s largest coral reef system with an abundance of breathtaking marine life and is home to the endangered Green Sea turtle.
